I have been licensed since Sept 2000 listed and sold my first REO spring of 2001.  I keep up to date on the local markets by doing multiple BPO requests per month. I market and sell your properties by advertising in local papers, homes guides, yard signs, internet 4+ sites, 24hour 800 info hotline with call capture and flyer fax capabilities. I belong to both the Firelands and Toledo MLSs which gives your listing exposure to over 1500 agents in the NW Ohio area. In addition to this, I use an automated showing and showing feedback gathering system so we never miss a showing because and another RE agent could not get in touch with me in time to schedule showings.
