I have been licensed in the state of Ohio since Sept 2000. I listed and sold my first REO spring of 2001. Since that time I have listed and sold hundreds of REO properties. I keep up to date on the local markets by doing multiple BPO requests per month. I market and sell your properties by advertising in local papers, homes guides, yard signs and internet syndication to multiple home search sites. I belong to both the Firelands and Toledo MLSs which gives your listing exposure to over 1500 agents in the NW Ohio area.
